When I wrote the 1st Edition of Recruiting in the Age of Googlization in 2017, I anticipated we’d be living in a world of exponential change. Well, here we are in 2020 and thanks to a novel coronavirus, the future simply arrived faster than any expected.

Almost overnight, everyone was talking about VUCA- Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous (although admittedly they might not be using the acronym). As a result of all this uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, I’ve been getting hundreds of questions about the book … and the future and …requests for more information.
